Here at Koko we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item please email email@example.com with your reason for return we will then issue you a returns number.
1. Items must be in “as new” condition, unused and complete with tags intact and returned within 7 days of receiving your returns number. Unfortunately a refund will not be issued if the items have be damaged in anyway.
2. For all returns, except when the item is faulty you will be required to arrange and pay to return the item to us.
3. We suggest using a “signed for” insured delivery service, as no refund will be given until the items reach us.
4. Any original postage charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the returns policy to earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.
